Overview

The Remote Nursing Course Lead Instructor will provide online course facilitation for pre-licensure nursing programs, ensuring quality instruction and student engagement.

In Short

• Instruct students using existing curriculum for assigned classes.
• Continuously improve instruction quality with innovative methodologies.
• Review and revise syllabi and instructional guidelines.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Assist with strategic planning for instructional initiatives.
• Maintain student records and assist with data collection.
• Utilize LMS for course content delivery.
• Schedule office hours for student communication.
• Participate in professional development and maintain CE hours.
• Serve as subject matter expert for university requirements.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in California or eligible in all states.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required; Terminal Degree preferred.
• Experience in nursing practice and mentoring students.
• Previous online teaching experience using LMS.
• Knowledge of educational methodology and distance education techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
