Remote BSN Adjunct Instructor

Overview

This position is for a Remote BSN Adjunct Instructor who will facilitate online courses for nursing programs. The instructor must hold a current RN license in California and be committed to teaching a diverse student body.

In Short

• Provide online course facilitation for nursing programs.
• Instruct students using existing curriculum.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Assist in curriculum development and revision.
• Utilize LMS to deliver course content.
• Maintain student records and attendance.
• Conduct synchronous sessions via Zoom or similar platforms.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Commit to working with a multicultural student body.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Current RN license in California.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience.
• Knowledge of nursing practice and educational methodologies.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with distance education techniques.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
