Overview

As a Recruiter at MOJO, you will support hiring needs across multiple car wash locations, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and helping to build a strong, diverse workforce.

In Short

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Post and manage job ads across job boards and social media.
• Source candidates through proactive outreach and community partnerships.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with field leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure a welcoming and responsive experience for all applicants.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a plus.
• Experience using Paylocity is a plus.
• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (preferred in high-volume or hourly roles).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
