Operations and Leasing Paralegal - Remote

Bridge33 Capital is a fast-growing, vertically integrated private equity firm focused on open-air strip retail. We are seeking an Operations and Leasing Paralegal to join our team, responsible for providing support for the company’s commercial real estate operations and assisting in various administrative functions.

In Short

• Maintain organized files and checklists to track project status and critical dates
• Provide high-level service to business units including Leasing, Asset Management, and Property Management
• Process and record deal data timely and accurately
• Compile and distribute reports for weekly update meetings
• Produce presentation materials with management direction
• Maintain consistency with company form documents
• Research lease agreements and tenant data
• Track and monitor all delivery dates required by a lease
• Review and analyze commercial real estate documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate or paralegal work
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in document management and reporting
• Excellent communication skills
