Bridge33 Capital is a fast-growing, vertically integrated private equity firm focused on open-air strip retail. We are seeking an Operations and Leasing Paralegal to join our team, responsible for providing support for the company’s commercial real estate operations.

In Short

• Maintain organized files and checklists to track project status and critical dates
• Provide high-level service to business units including Leasing and Property Management
• Process and record deal data accurately and timely
• Compile and distribute regular recurring reports
• Produce presentation materials with management direction
• Maintain consistency with company form documents
• Research lease agreements to generate summary reports
• Track and monitor all delivery dates required by a lease
• Review and analyze commercial real estate documents
• Manage personal and administrative inboxes

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to process data accurately
• Proficient in producing reports and presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Familiarity with lease agreements and real estate documents
• Proficient in managing emails and administrative tasks
