Overview

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for the commercial relationship between Biffa and its corporate clients, focusing on financial performance, strategic growth, contractual negotiations, and customer satisfaction.

  • Retention of corporate clients through positive relationships.
  • Conduct customer reviews and present management information.
  • Perform site audits and analyze data for action plans.
  • Build solid relationships at multiple levels with clients.
  • Identify new business development opportunities.
  • Maintain customer debt position as per contractual commitments.
  • Engage effectively for negotiation and communication.
  • Apply commercial and financial principles to issues.
  • Develop strategies to support clients' CSR objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in large scale account management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to targets.
