Overview

The Corporate Account Manager at Country Choice will play a pivotal role in developing strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets within the retail bakery and food-to-go market.

In Short

  • Work Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
  • Competitive salary with an uncapped bonus scheme.
  • Responsible for developing Joint Business Plans with key customers.
  • Accountable for meeting profitability and growth targets.
  • Implement and monitor account performance against sales budgets.
  • Maintain regular communication with key contacts to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement individual account NPD strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Present product features and benefits to customers.
  • Execute product demonstrations to customers.

Requirements

  • Strong account management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage strong relationships.
