Overview

The Customer Insights Executive will play a crucial role in the Customer Experience team, analyzing customer data and providing actionable insights to enhance the overall customer experience.

In Short

  • Work with senior management to deliver customer insights.
  • Manage and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs.
  • Run corporate customer research programs and manage findings dashboards.
  • Extract value from historical research and third-party insights.
  • Support ad-hoc customer research projects.
  • Utilize voice of the customer research platforms, ideally Qualtrics.
  • Demonstrate advanced analytical skills to present actionable insights.
  • Communicate complex insights clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer research or a similar sector.
  • Understanding of research methodologies.
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with survey platforms like SurveyMonkey or HotJar.
