As a Customer Care Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in onboarding, engaging, and retaining them to ensure maximum value from our solutions.

In Short

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to improve retention and renewal.
  • Train customers to maximize their adoption of the product.
  • Interact with customers to optimize their use of our solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and suggest intelligent solutions.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Answer daily customer questions about the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve procedures.
  • Represent customer feedback to the Product team.
  • Create and update internal and external documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar position.
  • Fluency in French and English; additional languages appreciated.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solver with an empathetic character.
  • Patience and the ability to adapt to different interlocutors.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments.
  • Availability between 09:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 18:00 (Paris time).
