Overview

As a Customer Growth Manager (CGM) at Cloudbeds, you will focus on upselling and cross-selling to existing customers through outbound and product-led growth initiatives, ensuring high-quality deals with minimal post-sale fallout.

In Short

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales, especially in upselling/account management.
  • Experience in hospitality operations.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, and related tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required (less than 10%).
