In Short

First point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Advise customers on technical issues.
Assist through live chat and process emails.
Collaborate with the Customer Care team for solutions.
Handle high-priority requests and organize tutoring sessions.
Interface between Customer Success Department and tutors.
Ensure smooth operation of tutoring sessions.

Requirements

Completed prior commercial training.
Proficient in Turkish.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Hands-on mentality with multitasking abilities.
Enthusiastic about the product and customer-oriented.
