Mobile Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile Technician will perform on-site technical and mechanic support, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company objectives.

In Short

• On-site technical and mechanic support for customers.
• Maintain and organize company reports.
• Communicate with customers and management professionally.
• Investigate and report product issues.
• Assist with testing of components and installations.
• Stay updated with training on vehicle systems.
• Provide suggestions for improving technical publications.

• Work on special assignments as required.
• Travel may be required, up to 50% depending on the region.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Technical Trade School education.
• Minimum 5 years as a Certified Technician or equivalent.
• High problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with diagnostic software (Cummins Insite, DDDL, etc.).
• HV experience is highly desired.
• Certification as per state and provincial requirements.
• Must have a laptop with interfaces and standard hand tools.
• Organizational skills and ability to perform physical tasks.
