An exciting 12-month opportunity has opened up for a talented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team in the UK. This role is ideal for those passionate about turning data into strategic insights and making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Key role in financial reporting and improvement of reporting packs.
• Continuous improvement of group budget and reforecast models.
• Identify areas to improve efficiency in reporting and planning processes.
• Develop understanding of Mukuru’s operating model for better forecasting.
• Provide performance analysis and reporting to budget holders.
• Identify key risks and opportunities for timely management action.
• Collaborate with BI teams for clear financial dashboards and reports.
• Support strategic projects with financial analysis and scenario modelling.

Requirements

• Strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Resilience in managing workload and competing priorities.
• Qualified accountant preferred (CIMA or ACA).
• Strong analytical skills to distil key messages from complex data.
• Experience with BI teams and large data sets preferred.
• Relevant industry experience in customer and technology-focused business preferred.
• Broad exposure to finance function with experience in balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow analysis.
• Experience in multiple international markets and currencies.
• Able to build productive cross-functional relationships.
