FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making, particularly for our Product and Engineering teams.

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights into variances and trends.
• Support strategic decision-making with scenario analysis and financial impact assessments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to optimize resource allocation and operational expenses.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators relevant to product development and engineering efficiency.
• Act as the primary finance partner for Product and Engineering teams, delivering financial guidance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support strategic projects such as new product launches and cost optimization initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Project ROI Analysis.
• Proficiency in financial tools and software such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto economics.
