FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role involves supporting the generation of financial reports, planning processes, and improving forecasting accuracy at Addi, a leading financial platform in Colombia.

• Support monthly and quarterly management financial reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or Private Equity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for finance and strategic insights.
• Exposure to analytical tools like SQL or Python is a plus.
• Certifications in Financial Modeling are advantageous.
