Partner Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

As the Partner Operations Lead at Optimism, you will drive high-impact strategic initiatives that shape both our company trajectory and Go-to-Market roadmap.

In Short

• Be the “right hand person” to our chief growth officer in shaping and executing our GTM strategy
• Own end-to-end delivery of hard, ambiguous strategic projects with rigor and independence
• Develop a deep understanding of our peer and competitor positioning as well as the emerging crypto landscape
• Partner with the Data team to define key metrics and targets
• Help drive quarterly and annual planning efforts
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and founders

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in a business strategy / operations role
• Strong business modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets); SQL or Python a plus
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills
• Collaborative and low-ego with a track record of influencing
• Web3 curiosity or experience
