Overview

The Senior Business Process Consultant will act as a functional and process expert in the ServiceNow Expert Services Team, guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of ServiceNow products.

In Short

• Act as a process expert for HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, and Finance/Supply Chain departments.
• Drive process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during workshops.
• Lead customer design workshops on ServiceNow Platform functionality.
• Support documentation of business requirements and user stories.
• Conduct unit testing and user-acceptance testing.
• Manage multiple complex projects and engagements.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Up to 50% travel required for customer engagements.
• Promote continuous improvement practices.
• Support sales activities as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Legal, or Finance/Supply Chain.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Ability to influence and consult in complex organizational settings.
• Strong understanding of HR, Legal, and Finance/Supply Chain systems.
• Experience in Agile Development and authoring user stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer-centric attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service/Support.
