Business Process and Solution Consultant - Remote

Overview

Upwork has partnered with an enterprise client who is a British confectionery and snack foods leader. They are currently recruiting for a Business Process and Solution Consultant who has expertise in using PLM tools like Siemens Opcenter RD&L.

In Short

• Conduct business process mapping workshops with stakeholders.
• Document and validate as-is processes across regions.
• Explain the to-be process and global design.
• Establish and validate fit-gap analyses for process changes.
• Drive deployment planning and execution aligned with business needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to stakeholders.
• Conduct business analysis to support strategic roadmap delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements.
• Communicate process updates and recognize achievements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PHD in a relevant area.
• 10+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Working knowledge of PLM tools, preferably Siemens Opcenter RD&L.
• Experience as a consultant driving process changes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• PMP Certified preferred.
