• Join our banking team as a Business Process Consultant.

• Act as project manager to scope and analyze areas of analysis.
• Provide project oversight and set project direction.
• Interface with business users to analyze and define requirements.

• Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams.

Requirements

• 1 - 5 years of Business Process experience.
• Ability to summarize complex processes clearly.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and knowledge of BPM.
• High competence with MS Office and Visio/ARIS.
• Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• Creative problem solver with a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Financial industry experience.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and AI is an asset.
