Overview

As a Solution Architect, you’ll design and deliver integration architectures that power voice and conversational AI across our digital insurance platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulations.

Requirements

• Min. 6+ years’ experience in software architecture and enterprise system integration.
• Proven delivery in large-scale, cross-functional IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, especially AWS.
• Strong understanding of web application integration and event-driven architecture.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization.
• Good understanding of contact center systems and telephony infrastructure.
• Experience in documenting and maintaining living documentation.
• Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in enterprise-scale environments.
• Familiarity with GenAI/chatbot platforms is a plus.
