In Short

• Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver compelling demos and workshops.
• Partner with Sales leadership on high-impact pursuits.
• Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Product.
• Equip partners with technical know-how and enablement materials.
• Create high-quality reference architectures and playbooks.

Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to explain complex systems simply.
• Background in Cybersecurity and/or Identity preferred.
• Experience designing architectures and producing technical collateral.
• Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Product.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Location: US-based; East Coast/Eastern Time preferred.
