AI & Payments Innovation Consultant - Remote

Capco is known for valuing disruptive innovation in financial services. We are looking for an AI & Payments Innovation Consultant who blends their payments domain knowledge with AI knowledge to strengthen our Banking and Payments team.

In Short

• Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Work closely with clients to define their AI roadmap.
• Gather requirements and create user stories.
• Design and deliver pilot programs leveraging AI/ML techniques.
• Think strategically about consumer experience and translate it into processes.
• Execute complex digital transformations.
• Provide thought leadership in emerging AI trends within payments.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in payments or banking.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML in financial services.
• Understanding of payments infrastructure.
• Strong Agile delivery and business analysis capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French/Dutch.
