Business Consultant - Remote

Overview

As our new Business Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, guide them through the implementation of our SaaS platform, and ensure successful adoption.

In Short

• Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on platform configuration.
• Apply our project methodology to ensure a structured and efficient implementation process.
• Configure the Uptempo platform to align with customer objectives and marketing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide clear communication and documentation to stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of best practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant in a software company.
• Experience working in a Professional Services team as a Business Consultant or Configuration Consultant.
• Strong foundational consulting skills: clear communication, organization, and accountability in follow-through.
• Experience with SaaS software platforms; familiarity with marketing software is a plus but not required.
• Ability to understand and apply structured project methodologies to ensure customer success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
