Senior Product Manager – Platform - Remote

Overview

Uptempo is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Platform to own and drive the development of core platform capabilities for our scalable SaaS solution. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and cross-functional teams to define and execute a strategic platform roadmap that aligns with our broader company vision.

In Short

• Lead the development and improvement of core platform capabilities.
• Identify, define, and describe customer problems.
• Own the platform product roadmap and backlog.
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive development efforts.
• Engage with internal teams to support GTM strategies.
• Maintain regular contact with international key accounts.
• Define and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure clear product documentation.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Jira & Confluence.
• Experience working with engineering teams on scalable SaaS.
• Proven ability to define and execute a platform product strategy.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and exceptional sense of ownership.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Professional proficiency in German and English.
