  • Work with global consulting firms to ensure customer value.
  • Provide executive reviews and consultative advice.

  • Promote participation in Diamond Program events.
  • Collaborate to improve application performance.
  • Develop relationships with Diamond customers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Address customer and internal issues effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success for enterprise clients.
  • Thorough understanding of the SaaS model and marketing workflows.
  • Skilled in recognizing services for recurring revenue.
  • Confident in discussing budgets and ROI with senior executives.
  • Comfortable using a consultative approach.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a commitment to growth.
  • Proven experience in engaging with customers at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of customer support's role and value.
  • Able to build relationships with internal teams.
  • Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
