Overview

As a Digital Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of digital program initiatives, as well as managing our Community platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of engaging content, training webinars, and community-driven events to support our customer base.

In Short

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital program objectives and strategy.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community platform.
  • Plan and execute 1-to-many initiatives such as blog posts and training webinars.
  • Drive peer-to-peer customer engagement through various channels.
  • Work closely with education, services, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital program management or community management.
  • People management experience or strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of executing digital initiatives.
  • Experience managing online community platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of customer success principles is a plus.
