Overview

As a Support Specialist at Momentus Technologies, you will assist clients with technical support, software testing, and online training, contributing to the success of our event management software.

In Short

  • Assist clients with technical support via email, phone, and online meetings.
  • Conduct software testing and setup new accounts.
  • Provide user training on software features.
  • Gather feedback for product improvements.
  • Resolve software errors with the development team.
  • Maintain file server cleanup and management.
  • Build local Momentus sites for testing.
  • Become a trusted resource for key accounts.
  • Educate and develop existing customer accounts.
  • Action internal support requests and document preparation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with SQL and report writing tools preferred.
  • Availability for on-call support occasionally on weekends.
