Overview

The Business Process Consultant will support all levels of management in their continuing effort to improve processes, procedures, and systems by designing, developing, and deploying innovative processes.

• Interpret critical customer requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Execute project management processes to deliver resilient solutions.
• Research and implement changes to improve company operations.

• Assist in complex projects as directed by senior management.

• Lead teams in project execution and introduce Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Promote process improvement and quality assurance methodologies.
• Identify potential improvement projects for management consideration.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black belt or Green belt preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management and insurance.
• Must have Project Management Experience.
• Experience in Benefit Enrollment.
• Supplemental Insurance Product Knowledge.
