Overview

The Senior Business Process Consultant will act as a functional and process expert in ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, guiding customers through the transition of business requirements to configuration requirements.

In Short

• Serve as the process expert for Finance and Supply Chain departments.
• Drive process definition and improvement during customer workshops.
• Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow functionalities.
• Support customer process owners in obtaining business requirements.
• Draft user stories and manage their lifecycle.
• Conduct internal unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on process.
• Provide training and mentoring to the ServiceNow delivery team.
• Be a lead member of engagement project teams.
• Up to 50% travel required based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience in Finance and Supply Chain operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in analyzing Finance and Supply Chain strategies.
• Knowledge of AI integration in business processes.
• Proficiency in drafting user stories for Agile Development.
• Experience with systems like SAP and Oracle Procurement Cloud.
• Ability to influence and consult in complex organizations.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
