Senior Solutions Consultant, Supply Chain - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Consultant at Coupa will leverage their expertise in supply chain design and planning to enhance customer engagement and drive sales through effective solutions and presentations.

In Short

• Be the subject matter expert on supply chain design and planning.
• Collaborate with account managers and executives to understand customer requirements.
• Support new business opportunities and sales cycles.
• Present tailored product demonstrations to customers.
• Develop use case demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Respond to technical and functional customer RFIs.
• Assist with the creation of project roadmaps and budgets.
• Work with Delivery teams for smooth transitions from pre to post sale.
• Maintain knowledge of software applications and development roadmaps.
• Represent the company at industry conferences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain design planning.
• Domain expertise in supply chain modeling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of optimization principles and software packages.
• Experience in presenting to groups and leading discussions.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with sales methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; technical major desirable.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
