Customer Value Director, Supply Chain Design & Planning - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Value Director at Coupa, you will lead a portfolio of named customers, developing their Supply Chain Design & Planning initiatives and ensuring alignment to drive customer value.

• Lead customer value journeys for supply chain design and planning.

• Plan and execute user groups to enhance customer community.
• Maintain executive relationships and influence strategies.

Requirements

• 10 years of overall experience, with 5 years in supply chain design/planning.
• Experience with LLamasoft/Coupa SCDP or similar technologies preferred.
• Customer/client management experience in consulting or SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive relationships.
• Project management skills for cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50%.
