In Short

  • Help customers effectively resolve queries and issues by email, online chat or phone.
  • Assist customers in navigating and using the Tembo app.
  • Undertake a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business.
  • Encourage customer feedback to improve overall experience.
  • Show composure and flexibility when dealing with customers.
  • Work in a fast-changing environment.
