Overview

Carrot is seeking a Customer Success Executive to support health plan relationships and work strategically to best satisfy their needs to become a celebrated and continuing component of their benefits offering.

In Short

  • Support health plan partners to ensure retention and increase member engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to health plan partners.
  • Communicate the value of the Carrot product.
  • Develop customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Manage complex projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Assess the competitive landscape to drive a competitive advantage.
  • Clear and empathetic communication with customers.
  • Derive insights from data sets and translate them into narratives.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or related roles.
  • Experience managing health plan customers.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Process-oriented with an automation mindset.
