Overview

ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects with Healthcare Payer industry experience to join our Team. The Enterprise Architecture Team is part of our Pre-sales organization focused on building credibility and trust with the technical leaders in our largest customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions.

In Short

• Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Lead architecture and design engagements.

• Work with architecture development methods and integration patterns.
• Maintain relationships with multiple levels within customer accounts.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• 10+ years of experience influencing senior technology leaders.
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud-based platform principles.
• Experience presenting architecture concepts to technology leaders.
