Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise or solution-architecture roles in HR-tech.
• 5+ years leading large Enterprise software deployments.
• Strong experience with API-based integrations and middleware solutions.
• Proven architecture leadership for global talent or learning-platform transformations.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical expertise with REST APIs and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in building automation and middleware solutions.
• Security architecture knowledge covering encryption and IAM.
• Excellent communication skills for translating between stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
