Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles in HR-tech.
• 5+ years leading large enterprise software deployments.
• Strong experience with API-based integrations and middleware solutions.
• Proven architecture leadership for global talent platform transformations.
• Hands-on technical expertise with REST APIs and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in building automation and middleware solutions.
• Security architecture knowledge including encryption and IAM.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
