Overview

The Customer Success Manager plays an integral role in helping to increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for a fast-growing and award-winning software company. This role is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of existing customer accounts.

In Short

  • Own the entire relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop plans to address their concerns.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions and service offerings.
  • Identify and manage upselling opportunities to ensure continued customer value.
  • Promote customer success stories and case studies.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Invest in ongoing self-development to acquire industry-relevant skills.
  • Provide high-level client support and build relationships.
  • Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Experience in the SAAS industry preferred.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-motivate and maintain a consistent schedule.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
