Overview

As a Customer Success Executive at BizAway, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while onboarding new corporate clients to ensure they are fully operational on our platform.

In Short

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
• Onboard new corporate clients to ensure they are operational
• Create onboarding documentation such as user guides and training materials
• Identify growth opportunities and achieve upselling targets
• Monitor and report on potential threats to maintain a 0 churn rate
• Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
• Collaborate with the Sales Team for positive feedback loops
• Propose strategies and campaigns to enhance growth

Requirements

• Fluent in English and native-level French
• 1+ year experience in B2B account management or customer success
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments
