Customer Success Manager (French Speaking) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a French and English-speaking Customer Success Manager on a part-time basis for 20 hours per week.

• Mid-Level position requiring 3+ years of experience in Finance / Business Valuation or Customer Service/Customer Success.
• Part-time role, 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in Customer Success or related fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze customer health metrics.
• Familiarity with NPS and C-Sat scores.
• Experience with Intercom is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Understanding of B2B FinTech industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in preparing client documentation.
