Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you bridge the gap between Treatwell and our salon partners in the Brussels region. This is a remote role, but you will have regular in-person meetings with our local team in Brussels.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative sales and account management.
  • Strong background in phone-based communication and B2B services.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on improvement.
  • Ability to understand salon partners' challenges.
  • Driven to meet commercial targets and maximize satisfaction.
  • Representative of Treatwell in the market.
