In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients from onboarding to renewal.
  • Drive adoption of Brevo and identify growth opportunities.
  • Position Brevo's value proposition through best practices and demos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Be the voice of the customer to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach in portfolio management.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Customer-centric and proactive mindset.
  • Strong ability to manage and drive customer needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Customer Success Manager or Marketing Project Manager.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good marketing knowledge.
  • Proven track record of target achievement.
  • Ability to drive issue resolution collaboratively.
  • Data-driven and team player.
