In Short

  • We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team (French Speaking Required).
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects & Support Engineers.
  • Nurture relationships across multiple client accounts.
  • Onboard new customers in assigned territory.
  • Design success plans for enterprise and strategic customers.
  • Track and report on customer health.
  • Gather insights for Product Development teams.
  • Lead training sessions for product usage.
  • Develop ongoing customer development programs.
  • Maintain understanding of Semperis technology and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager or related role in Cybersecurity SaaS.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proactive and responsive to customer needs.
  • Genuine desire to work with customers.
