In Short

• Manage a very challenging product roadmap shared with all the teams
• Track the overall market and competitive dynamic and suggest new features
• Listen to our customers to identify new opportunities
• Ensure consistent information sharing across the company
• Synchronize the work of all teams on new product developments
• Work on discovery, solutioning, specifications, and delivery with your team
• Track and follow business and product KPIs
• Collaborate with an international team
• Work closely with UX Designers and Researchers
• Impact the company and team directly

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a product-based web company, ideally building a SaaS tool
• English fluency
• Professional experience within a tech department before switching to Product Management
• Critical and creative thinking with an analytical mind
• Understanding of technical aspects when needed
• Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (Figma)
• Good sense of design and UX
• Ability to build relationships and influence others
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• Value diverse perspectives in teamwork
