In Short

• Work with business and user needs and software development execution.
• Ensure products are built to serve the goals of the organization.
• Collaborate with software engineering leadership and technical teams.
• Define technical and business requirements for product completion.
• Manage communication and deployment integration with interdependent teams.
• Document success criteria and functional requirements for projects.
• Evaluate and prioritize interdependent initiatives.
• Advocate for technical projects to non-technical audiences.
• Create and update customer-facing support materials.
• Travel: 10% domestic travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in software product management or related role.
• Experience with designing solutions and writing stories for services.
• Proficient in SQL queries and cloud platforms like S3, RDS, and Kafka.
• Experience with API building and N-Tier Architecture.
• 4 years of experience in a Software Engineering role.
• 3 years of experience working in agile environments.
• Participated in and run SCRUM ceremonies.
