In Short

  • Position: Content Editor for the Creative team.
  • Location: Cincinnati, OH, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
  • Focus on curating and crafting content to improve patient experience.
  • Manage multiple projects and maintain an extensive content library.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including Client Success and UI/UX.
  • Contribute to content development and execution.
  • Utilize taxonomies for personalized patient experiences.
  • Publish and format content in the content management system.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years of applicable professional experience.
  • High level of writing skill, including creativity and grammar.
  • Prior writing and editing experience in a consumer publication setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare conditions and topics.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Natural leadership skills and a commitment to quality work.
  • Curiosity for research and ability to write clear information.
  • Experience with content management systems is a plus.
