• Lead and mentor a team of data and DevOps engineers fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for data infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Build and scale a high-performing team of data engineers to enhance data pipelines.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback.
• Drive team growth by participating in recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop and monitor project timelines to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Work closely with peers in maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Own and maintain CI/CD framework for data and application deployments.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the organization's data platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data/DevOps engineering positions.
• 3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Experience managing cloud data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
• Prior experience in implementing security best practices.
• Significant experience with modern software development practices.
• Experience engineering large-scale enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to evaluate technology stack for strategic enhancements.
• Experience with modern data architecture and transformation tooling.
• Experience with Snowflake or Google Big Query required.
• Ensure high system availability and quick resolution of incidents.
