Overview

As a Data Engineering Manager at Dave, you will lead and grow a team responsible for building and maintaining the core data infrastructure that powers our financial products and analytics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience designing scalable data infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Airflow and DBT.
• Hands-on experience with data tools like Fivetran and Talend.
• Experience with Data Warehousing solutions.
• Experience in SQL, Python, and Database technologies.
• Strong communication and partnership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
