As an Engineering Manager for DevOps at AllTrails, you will lead a passionate team of engineers, focusing on scaling the service-oriented architecture and managing cloud cost strategies while ensuring quality and best practices.

• Lead and coach a DevOps team.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years leading a DevOps team.
• 5+ years programming experience with Ruby, Python, or Go.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and IaC practices.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Self-motivated with a passion for the outdoors.
• Humility and open-mindedness.
• Experience with Elastic or similar tools is a plus.
