Requirements

• Fluent in business-level English and conversational Japanese.
• Focus on team growth and continuous improvement.
• Interviewing experience is a plus.
• Awareness of security matters and domain-driven development is preferred.
• Experience in the credit card industry (PCI-DSS compliant) is a bonus.
• Ability to navigate meeting dynamics effectively.
