In Short

  • Define and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to develop retention strategies.
  • Guide the creation of thought leadership content.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technology and process improvements.
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies.
  • Act as a senior advisor and strategic partner to internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketers and cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to annual planning and budgeting processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct experience in marketing or communications within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven success in leading multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong track record of developing campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and provider landscape.
